  2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, delivering goods, making payments, and consumer rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Each Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a72. Definitions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Seller \u2013 the owner of the store offering products for sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customer \u2013 a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Product \u2013 natural vanilla and vanilla products offered in the Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Order \u2013 a declaration of will by the Customer to conclude a Sales Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a73. Products<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. The products offered in the store are new, original, and consistent with their description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the product range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. All prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u00a74. Orders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        1. Orders can be placed via the website 24\/7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the order form, providing the following data: email, phone number, exact delivery address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the conclusion of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          \u00a75. Payments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          1. The customer makes a bank transfer and sends confirmation of the transfer to the email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Payment should be made within 3 business days of placing the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \u00a76. Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and the EU (unless otherwise specified).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Delivery costs are specified when placing the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. The order processing time is up to 3 business days from the date of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              \u00a77. Withdrawal from the contract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason before the seller ships the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                \u00a78. Complaints<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                1. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the following address: order@royalvanilla.eu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Products damaged in transit should be reported immediately, attaching photographic documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  \u00a79. Personal data protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  1. The Seller is the administrator of personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. The customer has the right to view, correct, and request the deletion of their data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    \u00a710. Final provisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                    1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on September 1, 2025, and remain in force until further notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3.
