Terms and Conditions

§1. General provisions

1. The online store available at: www.royalvanilla.eu is operated by:

2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, delivering goods, making payments, and consumer rights.
3. Each Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

§2. Definitions

• Seller – the owner of the store offering products for sale.
• Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.
• Product – natural vanilla and vanilla products offered in the Store.
• Order – a declaration of will by the Customer to conclude a Sales Agreement.

§3. Products

1. The products offered in the store are new, original, and consistent with their description.
2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and the product range.
3. All prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.

§4. Orders

1. Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
2. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the order form, providing the following data: email, phone number, exact delivery address.
3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the conclusion of the contract.

§5. Payments

1. The customer makes a bank transfer and sends confirmation of the transfer to the email address.
2. Payment should be made within 3 business days of placing the order.

§6. Delivery

1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and the EU (unless otherwise specified).
2. Delivery costs are specified when placing the order.
3. The order processing time is up to 3 business days from the date of payment.

§7. Withdrawal from the contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason before the seller ships the goods.
2. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products after delivery.

§8. Complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the following address: order@royalvanilla.eu.
2. Products damaged in transit should be reported immediately, attaching photographic documentation.

§9. Personal data protection

1. The Seller is the administrator of personal data.
2. The data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
3. The customer has the right to view, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

§10. Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on September 1, 2025, and remain in force until further notice.
2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
3. Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the competent common court.
